As the Director of Annuity Products at Luma, Jay leads Luma’s annuity business. In his role, which he assumed in August 2020, Jay is responsible for overseeing annuity sales, nurturing key client relationships, and managing platform product management.

Drawing from a wealth of experience gained during his tenure at Prudential Financial, where he spearheaded the development and commercialization of strategic solutions for Prudential Annuities, Jay played a pivotal role in introducing Prudential annuities to multiple fintech platforms, effectively bridging the gap between traditional financial services and digital innovation.  

Prior to his role at Prudential, Jay held strategy and consulting positions at JP Morgan Chase & Co., and McKinsey & Co.  

Jay holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Swarthmore College, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
