Chief Product Officer
Donald Pogan is a strategic leader, team supervisor, and an advocate of Luma’s products in his role as Chief Product Officer. He is responsible for leading its suite of current and future modules, including: Learning Center, Product Marketplace, Creation Hub and Lifecycle Manager. Donald has been associated with the product evolution of Luma for nearly a decade and helped build the first versions of key Luma features, including order management & execution. Since the formation of Luma, he has served as Chief Operating Officer before transitioning to Chief Product Officer in 2020. He has built the initial product management and design teams, with the primary goal of leading and facilitating the creation of innovative products and features that deliver value to both customers and the business.
Donald previously worked for UBS Wealth Management. He specialized in providing clients with portfolio management and financial planning advice. Donald received a bachelor’s in business administration from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University and currently maintains his Series 7 and 24 securities licenses.
In his free time Donald enjoys jogging, cooking classes, craft beer and spending time with his wife and daughter.
