Josh Manne

As Luma’s HR Director, Josh leads talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives, building the strategic HR foundation that supports Luma’s culture and growth. He brings more than 20 years of human resources experience across the financial services, pharmaceutical, education, and consulting industries, with a track record of streamlining recruiting operations and strengthening workforce effectiveness for leading organizations.

 

Prior to joining Luma, Josh served as a strategic HR business partner at Success Academy Charter Schools and Perella Weinberg Partners, among other organizations including Protiviti, Pfizer, and Towers Perrin, where he led critical HR initiatives across recruiting, compensation, and change management. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan and studied Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University.
