Eddie James

Eddie James joins Luma Financial Technologies as Chief Financial Officer on August 31, 2026.

Eddie was most recently CFO of Jitterbit, an enterprise integration platform backed by Audax Private Equity, where he reorganized the finance function and built a new KPI framework for the business. Before that, he was CFO of Epiq Global, a legal-industry technology and services company, where revenue grew from $250 million to $1.1 billion over his tenure, and CFO of Inhabit, a PropTech and FinTech SaaS platform, through its December 2024 recapitalization with Goldman Sachs, Blackstone, and Insight Partners.

Eddie holds an MBA in Finance from Cumberland University and a BSBA from Mississippi College. He lives in Knoxville, Tennessee with his wife and three sons.
