Pablo Ortega

Pablo leads Luma’s Bank-Broker Dealers business across the US, Canada, and Latin America, driving business development, growth, and strategic partnerships to expand our market presence and capabilities throughout the region.

With over a decade at Citi’s Institutional Clients Group, Pablo brings deep expertise in derivatives and structured products. Most recently, he led the Latin America Derivatives and Structured Products team, where he specialized in designing and delivering innovative investment solutions to institutional clients while overseeing the flow of products to Citi Wealth Management. His broad experience spans institutional and retail investor markets across multiple asset classes and geographies.

Pablo began his career in 2008 at Morgan Stanley’s Equity Derivatives and Structured Solutions desk within the Institutional Equities Division in New York and previously gained experience in investment research at Morningstar in London.He holds a Finance degree with a minor in International Business from the University of Notre Dame.
