Bryan Thompson

Bryan Thompson is Luma’s Chief Information Security Officer, based in New York, where he leads our security, site reliability, shared services, and support teams. He brings more than 25 years of cybersecurity and technology leadership spanning financial services, healthcare, education, and consulting, with senior roles at Ernst & Young, RSM, Cognizant, and Thrivent Financial. He joins us most recently from Guidepoint Security, where he served as a Field Chief Information Security Officer.

Bryan holds a Master’s in Information Assurance and Network Security from Capitol Technology University and a Bachelor’s from the University of Maryland. He has deep hands-on experience building and scaling security programs from the ground up, with a strong track record of driving compliance across major industry frameworks and aligning security investment with business outcomes. Outside of work, Bryan is an avid golfer and skier who calls New York City home.
